If your order includes more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages. Some items ship out at different times, so don’t worry if your order doesn’t all arrive together. You’ll receive tracking details for each package as soon as it ships.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Barrington, IL, within 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex unless otherwise specified and include tracking details.
ART PRINTS & CANVAS PRINTS
Art prints and canvas prints are printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx and include tracking details.
WALLPAPER
Our wallpaper is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex, with tracking details provided.
Kartoti Designs, Inc. reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below.

International Shipment Restrictions

If you elect to ship to a country that is listed on the USPS suspension list the order will ship but will be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
