We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are printed or produced to order, return eligibility varies by product type. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return.
Wall Art & Painting Prints/Canvases
Painting prints and canvases are produced to order.
• Unframed prints and unframed canvases may be returned for store credit only.
• Framed prints, framed canvases, and original paintings are final sale due to their custom nature.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Gift Wrap | Gift Tags | Mini-Prints | Journals
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
Wallpaper
Because wallpaper is printed to order, all wallpaper sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your wallpaper arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Digital Products
All digital downloads and printable products are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet begun.
Because many of our products are printed to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered production.
